Suspected kidnappers have shot and killed a 46-year-old health worker, Akinola Oyabiyi, near the Akure Airport gate in Ondo State.
According to a family source who spoke with SUNSHINETRUTH News, the tragic incident happened while Oyabiyi was driving home along the Akure Airport road.
The assailants reportedly struck on Tuesday, killing the father of four.
Confirming the incident, the spokesperson for the Ondo State Police Command, Funmi Odunlami, stated that an investigation is underway.
