Hon. Barr. Aliyu Wakili Boya, the representative of Fufore Song Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, has launched an extensive empowerment program aimed at improving the lives of thousands in his constituency.
Unveiled on Monday, the initiative includes distributing 12 truckloads of fertilizers, totaling 7,200 bags of NPK and Urea, to support farmers. Additionally, 1,000 water pumps and ₦50,000 fuel allowances will be provided to facilitate agricultural activities.
Women are also at the heart of the program, with 1,000 sewing machines, 1,000 spaghetti-making machines, 1,000 grinding machines, and 2,000 10kg bags of flour distributed to boost their economic empowerment. Farmers will further benefit from 2,000 sachets of 10kg rice seeds, 1,000 sachets of weeding chemicals, and 6,000 sachets of 15kg rice for New Year celebrations.
Moreover, Hon. Boya will provide direct financial aid to 4,000 constituents, with cash transfers ranging from ₦20,000 to ₦50,000, giving families a much-needed boost for their ventures.
