The Special Assistant to the Governor on Women Development and prominent PDP chieftain from Okpe LGA, Grace Okperigho, has hailed the conferment of the Best Governor of the Year Award and an honorary doctorate degree on His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, the Governor of Delta State, as a well-deserved recognition of his outstanding leadership under the MORE Agenda.
