On Saturday, January 25, 2025, Governor Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori of Delta State was honored with the prestigious “This Day Newspaper Best Governor of the Year Award.”
Senator Ighoyota Amori, the newly appointed Chief Adviser to the Governor, expressed his admiration for the award, calling it a well-deserved recognition of Oborevwori’s outstanding service to the people of Delta State.
