The Minister of Interior, Hon. (Dr.) Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has praised the appointment of Hon. Isaac Kekemeke as Chairman of the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) Board, calling it a crucial move to revitalize the country’s postal services.
In a statement issued by Babatunde Alao, the Minister’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Tunji-Ojo described Hon. Kekemeke as an accomplished legal professional who was a former Secretary to the Ondo State Government.
The Minister also expressed confidence that his expertise would play a vital role in enhancing the effectiveness of NIPOST.
Tunji-Ojo also commended Kekemeke’s leadership and administrative skills, recognizing him as a visionary leader and efficient administrator.
“I offer my sincere congratulations to Hon. D.I. Kekemeke on his well-deserved appointment as Chairman of the NIPOST Board. This is a key step toward the rejuvenation of postal services in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration,” he said.
The Minister expressed strong confidence in Kekemeke’s ability to drive the transformation of NIPOST, wishing him success in his new role.
Tunji-Ojo hopes that Kekemeke’s leadership will herald a new phase of growth and innovation for the postal sector.
