An educator in Ondo State, Pastor Dada Emmanuel, has called on public school teachers to imbibe the kernel of hardwork and also reciprocate the gestu promoted them to grade level 16 as schools resumes for first term 2022/2023 academic session.
The educ, Pastor Emmanuel Dada, charged the teachers to be hardworking, committed and dedicated to their duties.
In an interview with newsmen in Ikare Akoko, the past Chairman, Ondo State Association of Primary School Head-teachers, said the teacher’s promotion indicated that governor Rotimi Akeredolu was a teacher-friendly administrator.
Dada urged the government to recruit more qualified teachers that would replace the retired ones.
While sympathizing with the government on the poor economy in the country, he harped on the need to consider the welfare of retired teachers who used their able body energy to serve.
According to him, many of them have poor health conditions, which demands urgent medication with money.
Pastor Dada further commended industrial harmony in Ondo state in the education sector, particularly between teachers and government.
